I purchased the black matte, large size Staub oval pan. The pan is beautiful. The weight is not heavy and not light either. This pan is quality pan with enamel on the inside. This pan came with two stickers, one sticker on the inside and other sticker on the outside center bottom of the pan. The pan was packaged securely with damage is the signature Staub box. I have not used the pan yet but Im sure it will last a lifetime. I do not know sure if this pan is dishwasher safe. I inspected the pan thoughly. I hand washed this pan and towel dried out of the box immediately. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

To remove stubborn dirt we recommend that you soak your cookware, e.g. your cocotte, in warm water with a little washing-up liquid or baking soda until all of the residues can be removed. The cast-iron pot or pan should be dried completely.
