Another level for roasting or baking!!! I'm using this size for Breville oven (18" wide). Better than any other pan. Perfect fitting and I feel like I'm a chef. I bought 2 for this one and best decision I made it. Even this size I can use on stove top.

To remove stubborn dirt we recommend that you soak your cookware, e.g. your cocotte, in warm water with a little washing-up liquid or baking soda until all of the residues can be removed. The cast-iron pot or pan should be dried completely.
