Beautiful piece by Staub, and excellent quality!

I have been a longtime fan of Staub products. This particular piece is one of the more versatile ones. It truly combines excellences in the cooking experience along with a beautiful presentation at the table.

I have many various sizes and colors. I have not used this particular piece yet. It probably is perfect for one or two people. You can't beat the quality. These pots are definitely lifetime purchases. Maybe the next generation will cook better than me.

Nice sized oval gratin, also great for roasting whole chickens, small turkeys and duck. The cast iron is built to last, conducts perfect heat, browns and crisps beautifully. Perfect for a variety of different jobs in the kitchen, easy to wash and is a great serving piece as well.
