Good vessel for watching your portion consumption size, this is perfect for single serve...3 frozen pre-cooked meatballs and a bit of sauce. Poach one egg. Blister a handful of grape tomatoes. Pasta and mac and cheese reheat making a perfect crust all around. Perfect for reheating something like peas in the oven...so small, it can slide right next to Staub's large oval cast iron Dutch oven. Handle good safety feature.
