While three oven, overall, is wonderful, the delivery was mediocre, at best. When my husband and I were assembling, we learned we were missing screws and the Tappenyaki had a crack on its side, right in the middle. It expands when the grill is heated, and liquid can always go through it. Tried to contact for replacement, no luck.
