Overall, I really like this machine. It looks sleek on the counter. Only complaint is that it's finicky - the machine requires a larger grind of the coffee than many espresso machines, and I can't pack the coffee too tightly or it won't run. But once I figured that out, it works well.

So far so good. You get a good cup of espresso not as foamy as other brands . I’m OK with that because I have another machine. I can’t say much because I’ve had it less than a month. I do wish I had an auto shut off because I keep forgetting to turn the button on the side off.
