This product is extremely sharp with Gorgeous finish on the blade! I gave us a unique gift to a family member.

I thought I would try this unique shaped knife based on the narrative description. Although it does perform, it is not the best knife I have in my knife block but does an adequate job.

I'm a huge shun fan and saw this knife at my local William Sonoma. Way fair had it for a better price, and their shipping was super quick. However, even though the knife is very nice, I find myself reaching for my chefs knife or standard utility knife instead, the shape does not lend itself to the type of knife work I normally do. Still, it is a shun.

The feel of the handle and balance of this knife makes it easy to use, like a well machined tool. The quality goes without saying

This is a really cool, and really weird, knife. It is really sharp. It feels nice in your hands. It may be a little too short to cut a large tomato, and it may be a little too wide to fit into a mustard jar, but it does seem to be the coolest sandwich preparation knife ever.
