My favorite knife! I have been using this knife for quite a while and it's still my go-to knife. It's a beautiful knife and fits comfortably in your hands. I use this mainly for vegetables and fruits.

Love the design. It's a beautiful knife. And it's reasonably sharp, but given the reputation of Shun, I am disappointed that it is not sharper. I have knives that haven't been sharpened in a year that are sharper. I suppose I could try to sharpen it myself to get a better edge, but it's baffling that it did not arrive razor sharp.
