Okay, you can't get too excited about a paring knife, but the Shun Premier paring knife is about as good as you can get -- and it does it all with style. I thought about getting other paring knives with slightly different blade, but went with the classic shape. The knife is very light, nimble and you can do just about anything with it up to it's 4" blade. Pros: light, nimble, good handle Cons: none
