The steak knife fits my hand perfectly. It is razor sharp right out of the box. The knife makes clean cuts in steak and thick pork loin chops. I highly recommend this knife.

I’ve had a big set for 15 years, I cook and entertain a lot. They are my daily drivers. Over the last year, I lost two paring knives to the knife gnomes. These were exact replacements. I worried the new ones would make my set look tired. I was thrilled to see the quality was so superb that they really didn’t stand out. These knives are heirloom quality and hold their edge like no other knife I have owned. They are beautiful and a joy to use.
