Best knife I ever owned! Wished I had this years ago. I’ve learned to take very good care of it, never put it in the dishwasher and store it in it’s own special spot (away from the other knifes). It’s razor sharp - watch your fingers. Let all your family members know to handle with care! It’s thin and can be easily bent. My husband bent the tip cutting through frozen meat (big-no no). I plan to take it in to a professional. I’ve only had to sharpen it once and I bought it a year and a half ago. In the photo, bottom left is the Shun Classic Chef’s Knife. Was trying to show the thinness.
