The microwave works well but the door always sticks. It is super annoying and I have had multiple repairs on a microwave that is less than a year old. Even the repairman said that Samsung isn't know for countertop microwaves.

was installed with our new house, have had continued problems with the lock addition. Samsung has come out to replace the mechanism but still have the same issues. keep getting a cd-1 code and have to reset the microwave every time. Samsung will not stand by product or replace, try to tell me it's not a constant issue so, sorry. Funny thing is if I bought this myself at a store I could return it without any issues, but since it's attached to a house I am given the runaround. Don't buy a microwave with a child locking device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a lot of different microwaves but this is Wow. When you look at it and open the door you can see the great quality. It cooks, heats, melts, defrost by weight and is Wifi capable. I love it and will never buy another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this microwave as a part of our brand new home from the builder. The reason I have a 3 star review is because although it works effectively when using it a a microwave, the display click always runs 2 minutes fast. I've never seen that happen on an appliance like this. Samsung cannot answer why it does that. The other reason i gave this review 3 stars is the conduction of the microwave. The push button to open the door sends so cheap, it feels as though if you push it too hard (and you do need to push it hard to open it), that it might break. Other than these items it seems to do is job.
