This sink is VERY deep , its a lo larger than Im used to so I'm adjusting to it. The "granite" has a little roughness to it but that does not bother me. I feel it may stain a lot easier than a "smooth finish" sink but we will see. It does comes with lifetime warranty from the company so I'm do keep it. It does say do not use any chemicals to clean it with, I did not realize that when I purchased it.

COMPOSITE GRANITE: Constructed from 80% crushed natural granite for extreme durability and strength—capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 536°F. Granite composite sinks are more durable than quartz sinks due to the extreme strength of natural granite.
PROPRIETARY TREATMENT: The remaining 20% is a proprietary resin that makes the sink completely non-porous, anti-bacterial, and resistant to stains and most household chemicals.
NOISE-FREE: Thick solid construction provides natural sound absorption.
DROP-IN TOPMOUNT INSTALLATION: Cutout templates and mounting clips are provided.
GENTLY ROUNDED CORNERS: Designed for easy cleaning.
