Nice looking. Nothing to hold the lid on .should have a rubber seal.

The Carafe itself is beautiful and well made. I found out after I purchased it from WF that it was cheaper on the RD site. Also the lid is not properly supported, it needs a stopper on the underneath portion of the lid so that the lid doesn't fall on the base. It also needs a seal around the lid so it stays in place while pouring. I wouldn't consider purchasing another one.
