Additional Features

• Perfect gift for any occasion.
• The White Fluted Full Lace Teapot generously shares all of its delicate details and creates a romantic table setting with its classic style. The angled shape of the body is offset by hand-pierced lace encircling the pointy lid and snail shell, while an intricate pillar base lifts the teapot and directs focus on the hand-carved details. The handle and spout are supported by two face-shaped decorations, so-called grotesques, which are historic Royal Copenhagen decorations, creating a surprising element of the delicate piece. White Fluted Full Lace is the story of a collection with so many sculptural qualities that it could easily stand alone with its unpainted yet romantic pattern. The angular design of the edge of the collection is adorned with carefully hand-carved lace and finished off by being glazed by skilled craftsmen.
• The three waves: Proposed as the royal Danish porcelain factory trademark in 1775 by Queen dowager Juliane Marie, every piece of Royal Copenhagen porcelain is instantly recognized by the three blue waves on its underside symbolizing the sound, the great belt, and the little belt - the three main waterways of Denmark.
