Packaged arrived damaged. Once I picked up the box on top of the mailbox, I heard something were loose inside. Opening to the box was not secured at all. There were no notes alarming the delivery person or receiver that the item inside the box is fragile. Very disappointed with the overall experience and expectations. I understand I purchased an open box but did not expect I was receiving damaged goods. I expect an explanation and replacement. This time, pack the item in a secure packing materials and put a note alarming the handlers to handle with care as item inside the box is breakablefragile.
