The faucet is beautiful Having it installed today. HOWEVER, i needed a sink hole cover to match the italian brass(a small round disc that covers the extra holes in the sink). I called Wayfair/perigold and they could not get me the piece. I wanted it to match the gold color of the faucet. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41. Wish I had purchased the faucet from them, but I didn't know they existed.

This is a beauty that hot away! I ended up getting this one with porcelain handles. It is a looker . Well buit will last a life time. I ended up ordering this because I couldn’t get the other one for a month after they told me it was available with the other handles that I wanted by another company, so yeah, I ended up paying three times the amount from Paragould, which has something to do with Wayfair. Had I known I would’ve never gone down that rabbit hole. They told me I would have it a couple days. I ended up having to buy another one because their delivery date is January 21.
