the product itself is great. The biggest downfall was the shipping was not updating on the Wayfair site so I had no idea when the sink was arriving.

When I opened the box, I noticed the sink was warped on one side. I did not have time to wait for a replacement sink, but the representative was so kind, she immediately offered me a discount for my disappointment.That discount was enough to pay to have the countertop altered so the defective edge was not noticeable.
