In addition, the internal mechanisms, including all locks, latches, etc., are guaranteed for 50 years from the date of sale to the original user. Rocky Mountain Hardware will repair or replace the defective product or parts that fall within these guidelines. When necessary, a proof of purchase dated within the warranty period may be required. The patina finish applied to our bronze products is known as a “living finish†which means it will change with time, touch, climate, etc. Because each product will be exposed to a varying set of conditions, we do not warrant the finish of our products.
