I ordered a satin nickel knob, item arrived “antique” satin which was not as labeled or pictured. Knob was too dark for what I wanted. Glad I ordered just one instead of the 32 that I need! The product was beautiful and of good quality, but I feel I should have gotten a full refund for something that was misleading.
