This faucet looks and feels beautiful but functions HORRIBLY. What a waste of money! I wanted to like it, but it is impossible. I've had it for about 3 months now, hoping that I would just get used to it, but it is going in the garbage. It has the functionality of a garden hose and I'm absolutely serious about this. The temperature and volume control do not work. It only dispenses scalding hot or ice cold water - the faucet does not mix them to allow for warm water. As the lever reaches the middle of its arc, it just switches between hot and cold - you get one or the other. The handle does not adjust the flow easily, but rather, is like fine tuning the view on binoculars - which is hard to accomplish when you have your wet or gloved hands in the sink handling dishes - so you get a low flow of water or basted. Also when you use the spray function button and the volume is turned to a lower flow, it doesn't work. It just switches to regular flow. So you can only use the spray function when the water flow is high, and then it splashes all over. This faucet looks as though it were so thoughtfully crafted, but it is all just visual. It is an utter functional failure. If you actually want to have water dispensed without being scalded, frozen or soaked, don't buy this faucet.

Beautiful and elegant, great quality and the auto on and off help so much with not touching with dirty hands to avoid getting it dirty . Definitely recommend this kitchen faucet.
