Love the look and feel of this faucet. Sturdy, beautiful, show stopping. It ages beautifully then returns to original shine with bar keepers (we have unlacquered brass). After only a year of use, it drips and doesn’t shut all the way off. The handle needs to be closed in a specific way to close off. It’s a cartridge issue that Perrin & Rowe shipped out for free. Happy to replace it but would be happier if it didn’t drip after a year. Customer service from Perrin & Rowe has always been great. Hoping the cartridge replacement solves the issue. We also have the soap dispenser and love that, too.

This faucet is Beautiful in person.. It even has a weighted system to keep the hand held snug. Well worth the money.
