The first faucet was defective. The U-arm did not sit tightly in the bridge base, causing the entire arm to rock back and forth. (It’s supposed to pivotswivel, NOT rock.) The manufacturerdistributor (Rohl) advised that a part would be sent to fix that issue. Days turned into weeks and a month later, still no part. Turns out Rohl failed to advise that the part was backordered—an all too common, yet unacceptable, canned excuse every company now uses years after the pandemic. While waiting for that part, the actual spout started making strange gurgling noises. This prompted another call to Rohl, who requested that I contact Wayfair for a new faucet. Weeks later, I received the second faucet. This one, however, appeared to be an open box item. The item box was not sealed (like the first faucet’s box), and the faucet itself was scratched and the copper fittings appeared to be tarnished due to water exposure. Clearly, it has been installed, uninstalled, and returned to Wayfair. Wayfair then promised to send a third faucet. But by then, no other faucets were available—backordered again! The third faucet eventually arrived, but after a few weeks, I noticed the nickel finish around the spout was tarnishingspotted. I don’t use ANY cleaning products or abrasive cloths to maintain this faucet—only water and clean soft cloths (not even paper towels), so I can only assume that the tarnish is another defect OR it’s from exposure to substances used in cooking and that one would expect to come into contact with a kitchen faucet. Nothing will remove the spots—not even Dawn washing liquid with a microfiber cloth. I’m afraid to use anything else for fear that the tarnishing will get worse. In short, this is a highly disappointing faucet for the high price. The manufacturer just barely stands by the lifetime warranty, but I can’t go through getting a fourth faucet and paying a THIRD plumber to replace it (which fees are not covered by the warranty).

Love the unlacquered brass!! It’s so gorgeous. Can’t wait to install!

Top quality, beautiful faucet!

Hasn’t been installed yet, but looks beautiful. I ordered chrome, which looks great. Feels substantial.
