This Mandoline Slicer is just what I wanted, it has the hand protection that you need when using one of these devices, and it is very sharp. Of course I expected it to be good as I have always had good luck with the OXO brand. Always be careful when using a mandoline as they require seriousness when in use. Try one you too will be pleased.
