Flexible and light weight. Good for those with arthritis.

So far it's OK but I really wish the handle was longer! Also, I bought something similar and after using for a short time, the nylon at the edge started to "cook" - hoping that doesn't happen with this one.

Perfect for my short-size kitchen drawers! Also works beautifully for flipping omelets and everything else I need it to do.

I am happy with item mainly due to size. The handle is short enough that makes it easy to control when flipping food like pancakes and eggs. The reason I gave it 4 is because it seems like food sticks to the edge more than a metal one.
