This is a good little electric teapot, but I just wish it was bigger.

Great looking product. Make a great pot of water for tea.

Has plastic inside the kettle. I’m not interested in boiling plastic in water.

The build quality is very good, it will fill on its base in a 8.5 high cabinet in your kitchen if you have soffit size cabines to stow things in. The cord is a thick triple wide type heavy duty plug and cord fits and wraps under the base. This specific kettle has a unique spot design that gives you a lot of control for pour over, and, more flow and velocity for things like tea. My only gripe is the handle. Although comfortable, it bends really far away from the kettle making it wide to store and could alter your pouring angle some. Its a worthwhile purchase though. Heating has a triple coil type ring and it sits nicely and firmly on the base. Comparable 200 kettles wobble and have wonky rotating knobs but this is an impressive bit of gear.
