I will be using this steamer a lot. The first thing I used it for was eggs. If steamed for 12 minutes they come out great with easy peeling. Great for deviled eggs. I also used for heating up cold chicken and the chicken was moist and still full of flavor! Easy to use. Make sure you have large enough pan to use with it!
