This item looked better online. I was eager to receive it so I’m a disappointed.

Beautiful pulls. Excellent quality. Only thing is two of the pulls are missing screws!

Very nice cup pulls. They have wonderful workmanship that added a beautiful touch to our master bathroom. I was short one and purchased another pull but the delivered product came as a frosted glass instead of clear. Beware of return fees. The invoice and box stated clear pull but it wasn’t. My reorder was the same exact SKU number ordered previously. Wayfair was nice to not charge the 8.00 return fee since it wasn’t my fault and after I remained on hold for an hour but I’m nervous with ordering again and not receiving the correct product ordered and going through the return process again that was frustrating. I’ll be glad to update the outcome once received.
