Great cake pans.

I got this to use in my new Breville convection oven as I planned on making a cobbler and I needed a pan with high sides so the cobbler wouldn’t overflow. This pan did the trick and I am completely satisfied with it.

I love the whole collection of natural aluminum bakeware, and these 9" cake pans are so high quality. I have three of them, and use them not just for larger layer cakes but for smaller single-layer cakes, brownies, and more. They bake evenly, clean easily, and don't leave any weird taste or residue on food like coated bakeware can tend to do.
