This is a great pan for a great price. Delivery was quick and it was worth every penny. 

Jelly roll pans are a must in creating certain recipes. I thought I could get by in using a bit smaller pan but it truly does not work. A jelly roll pan is substantially different than a 1/2 sheet and really is a necessary and versatile pan required in every baker's kitchen.

This fits my apartment-sized oven! Made perfect oatmeal cookies last night. Crispy, chewy, no burnt bottoms (I did use parchment paper). The pan made a few creaky popping noises as it cooled down, but it kept its shape. I am very pleased.
