Not as good as some non-sticks after a few months of daily use. Eggs are starting to stick. Attempts to re-season haven’t been successful. Somewhat better than other ceramic-type surfaces out there. Excellent heat transfer and flatter than most range-top products.

Nice size. Not too heavy. Easy to clean.

Smaller than I thought, says dishwasher safe on write up but instructions say it’s not?? Like the weight of i, haven’t used yet

I purchased this pan over 35 years ago. I have cooked dozens of cookies on this griddle. My is larger than this one. Maybe you can tell how old it is the number on the back of the pan is CAT NO.205 GRIDDLE KING. I have never had such a great piece of cookware. I have many piece of cookware come and go since I got this one. It still looks new. THANKS FOR MAKING SUCH A GREAT PAN!!!!

I like the griddle, but it needs a handle. I think it is only a matter of time until I burn my hand by grabbing the handle. I would pay for a handle for it.
