Nice product!! Just what I was looking for!!

This pan is just what I wanted. Don't know why it took me so long to purchase it. So happy with the quality. Particularly love the lid and the lightweight as I am forever carting desserts to various events.

I made two meals with rice and both needed to cook for an extra 20 min before they were done. Is that normal? My old nonstick pans worked w the recommended time

Using this pan was the first time my chocolate cake did not sink in the center!! And the recipe warned me that it would!! Love It

Do not put Nordic Ware in the dishwasher. I loved this cake pan with the snap on lid It was gorgeous for many years. It looked brand new, until I put it in the dishwasher last weekend. Totally ruined! It turned dark grey with streaks of gold and grey smears, like I had poured acid on it! It should have that message etched on the bottom! So sad!!! Disappointing! I liked buying it since it is a local company too!!
