Nordic ware is what you want- the cast aluminum version. Period. Tip Dont use bakers joy spray or standard cooking spray. Use the easy, traditional method of lightly greasing the pan, then dusting it with AP flour. No burning, falls right out intact and unblemished.

Love it! Congratulations to Nordic Ware on 75 years. I know I love the quality of your products. Hoping for many more successful years for the company.

Absolutely LOVE this pan......we had a family over for Family Game Day.....and my daughter and I used one of your Bundt cake mixes with the pan......everyone was amazed at how beautiful and delicious the cake was. You're pans are the best.......and what make them even better is that they are made in the USA!!!

Dentro de mi hermosa profesión que lleva mucho amor, técnica y pasión. Es realmente hermoso poder encontrarme con estos moldes que son tan lindos y de tan alta calidad.

Any idea why my cake split along the ridges while it was cooling? It came out of the pan, perfectly, but at it cooled, it split apart, in multiple places. It was a disaster.
