I use this year round. Bakes beautifully, even heating, easy to clean. Definitely a Nordic Ware convert!

It makes a beautiful loaf of pumpkin bread. Use Baker’s Joy nonstick spray and the bread will pop out with the pattern intact. It cleans well in hot soapy water. I gave one to my sister.

I have a Cole ton now. Some I have 2-3 of the same design. I give cakes bread out as gifts- birthday, thanksgiving, Christmas etc. TheNordic Ware company also have lab tests recipes. Delicious pretty. I suggest using Bakers Joy pasty brush do dry clean with a clean towel soft brush. Works beautifully less work
