Excellent quality pan, nicely coated. Washed easily, requires handwashing, but not a problem at all. Star like shape adds a different flare to your Bundt style cakes.

I have this pan and have used it several times. For some reason I can not figure out the perfect recipe and/or amount of batter to put in it to have the perfect flat look when flipped out of pan. My cakes have cracked around the edges when flipped on to rack or plate - when I've used less batter the cake still rises causing the edges to be lifted from plate. I would rather not trim that part of the cake off as it's usually the best part. Do you have any other suggestions??

I just got this pan and baked another Extreme Lemon Bundt...It certainly produces an unusual looking cake, however it was stunningly beautiful, I used Barefoot Contessa's Extreme Lemon Bundt, my daughter said it was the best she has ever eaten...Nordic Ware all the way

When my daughter was looking in my closet for a different pan to bake a cake for a family gathering, she found this square cake pan and fell in love. I gave her the pan for Christmas. It bakes a beautiful cake and one that is a little different for a bundt. Haven't tried it yet, but believe it would make a showy jello salad as well. Hmmmmm.
