I have almost all the holiday Nordic Pans so when I got this one I was a little disappointed. I did exactly as instructed and It stuck to pan and the impressions didn't show up well at all.

I make a box of brownies mix and dusted with powdered sugar. Big hit at happy hour Very easy to clean

I cannot wait to use this pan but, Thanksgiving comes first. I love Christmas mini cakelettes—so festive, adorable, and gets me in the holiday spirit. I just despise gingerbread people—don’t know why, maybe I’m just weird lol!! You really need this Nordic Ware bake pan! It’s way too adorable to not use this Christmas pan. I highly recommend all the shapes except the gingerbread man (but that’s just me!) Have a great Christmas baking session!

Used this new pan to make amazing brownies for Christmas. They were well received and provided individual brownies that were delicious
