Beautiful pan! Only used once so I can’t speak to the wear yet, but performance was excellent. Heavy duty, easy release, fantastic deep curves. It was an excellent canvas for a poured ganache! So glad we stumbled upon this line of bakeware before the holidays.

It was not as big as I was expecting. It needs to be at least a 15 cup pan.
