One of my favorite kitchen items - I bake sausage balls, bacon and chicken wings on it with great success!

This is probably the dumbest and most poorly designed baking sheet and rack combo I've come across. The rack will only fit in the sheet one way. You can't flip it over and soak the rack in the sheet. Also this makes storage that much more difficult as you can't nest the sheets with the racks. I'll be returning as they're really quiet useless in a real world kitchen.

Love these sheet pans and grids! I ordered two and use them more than I thought I would. They’re great for baking, cooling food, icing cookies, etc. They even fit in the bottom drawer of my oven.

Purchased two as a Christmas gift to myself and used them thru out the holidays to bake and crisp foods for our family. Heavy solid bottoms make baking a breeze. Everyone reading this review should seriously consider adding these high end baking sheets to their kitchen equipment.
