NAH! Not for smoooth surface cooktop…and DOES contain harmful chemicals (PFOAS). I sent it back after reading about the chemicals (formaldehyde etc). Not a good mix with something you cook in!

Really fun to make and tasty. So many possibilities to try. Find a movie on YouTube to show you how to make aebelskivers…that really helps with the learning curve.

I love it too nice and good quality

I was expecting this to be heavier, so at first it feels a little cheap. But it does the job well and is fairly non-stick. We are new to the world of Aebelskivers and this is a good way to start.

Haven’t used it yet but it arrived quickly and looks sturdy.
