I bought these to replace some really cheap rusted ones I had for a decade. I use them with parchment and they bake cookies evenly. My frustration is how hot they get and stay. I have to remember to continuously keep my oven mits on. Cookies have to quickly be moved to a cooling rack as the pans really keep their temperature.

It cooked evenly, I did have difficulty using oven it’s to remove pan. It seems I will need practice getting use to doubled sheet.

I prefer an insulated cookie sheet. I think they bake better cookies. They are hard to find, so I was glad to see this one. Even more glad it is made in the USA. Good quality. Would buy again.

Great baking pans for cookies. Dont cut on them and make sure you hand wash vs dishwasher!

HORRIBLE! NEED TO RETURN. COOKIES STUCK AND ALL BROKE APART WHEN TRYING TO REMOVE. USELESS!
