The bacon comes out really crispy with out much shrinking. Now I don’t have to worry about grease popping on me. I find it easier to clean the pan while the pan is still hot.

This is good for one, or portion control for two. It can comfortably do four pieces of bacon. Since it should be handwashed, I have found it cleans a little easier if one or two pieces of paper towel are placed under the bacon and one on top, then the lid.

I purchased this thinking that I would utilize it to cook bacon in microwave vs frying it up in a pan. I’ve used it once and my daughter refuses to use it. She prefers the old fashioned way.
