This pan is light weight. The color is an attractive blue. I think it is new for Nordic Ware. I am fascinated by the ridge design, perfect for even slicing. I am looking forward to making the Almond Cinnamon Bread recipe on the product packaging.

With this pan there are several desserts I can make.

My daughter-in-law, Sheila, is renowned for her home made cinnamon bread. I bought this pan for her to make her bread even more special. I know she will love it.

I love the pans. I ordered 2 because I have plans to try putting them together to try for a round loaf. The price was great. They came right away.

This is pretty thin and light. I did not bake anything in yet.
