Doesn’t get bright red when done but does make a toothpicks size hole and goes all the way to the bottom

So glad to find this at Wayfair.com. Had gotten one on a trip to the mountains but it got broken. Have looked in kitchen specialty shops but could not find one. Finally thought about Wayfair & you had it!!!
