This is a pretty spiffy pan. A friend of mine bought one and I thought I’d get one as well. I like the segmented design as it makes it easier to gauge slice size.

I have this pan and have used it several times. For some reason I can not figure out the perfect recipe and/or amount of batter to put in it to have the perfect flat look when flipped out of pan. My cakes have cracked around the edges when flipped on to rack or plate - when I've used less batter the cake still rises causing the edges to be lifted from plate. I would rather not trim that part of the cake off as it's usually the best part. Do you have any other suggestions??

I just got this pan and baked another Extreme Lemon Bundt...It certainly produces an unusual looking cake, however it was stunningly beautiful, I used Barefoot Contessa's Extreme Lemon Bundt, my daughter said it was the best she has ever eaten...Nordic Ware all the way
