so so. I wished anyone would make a 12" griddle that was in stock! this one warps a bit everytime I put it on the glass stovetop, sticks too much the surface, then doesn't (depends on the temp.) I have one from Epicurious that is perfect, but has lost the non stick feature, and I wanted a new one. This one does NOT compare.
