I love it! My food comes out nice just the way I like it!!

so so. I wished anyone would make a 12" griddle that was in stock! this one warps a bit everytime I put it on the glass stovetop, sticks too much the surface, then doesn't (depends on the temp.) I have one from Epicurious that is perfect, but has lost the non stick feature, and I wanted a new one. This one does NOT compare.

It's okay just have to make sure you don't get it too hot.

Make four good sized pancakes on it at a time. Medium heat, and a good mix are all you need, besides hungry people.

I love the pan. Just received the pan, nice even cooking, heats evenly, doesn't stick.
