After several months of using our 36” Monogram cook top, we are delighted! The center burner delivers the heat for searing or bringing a large pot of liquid to temperature. The smaller burners simmer perfectly. We previously had a different brand that started with a Jen. The control knobs had little effect on the actual temperature at the burner. Not so the mighty Monogram! Perfect control at every station. We could not be happier.
