I returned my first Moccamaster Cup One thinking it was defective. Coffee was not hot. I called the manufacturer who told me the grind of the beans may be the problem, I tried different grinds, no difference. After the 4 minute brew cycle the coffee temperature was 150. Too cool! I received my replacement coffee maker, temperature was better at 160 but still too cool for my taste. I shouldn't have to microwave my coffee. I would not recommend this coffee maker.
