All Moccamaster coffee brewers are handmade at the Technivorm factory in the Netherlands. We build our coffee brewers to last. Replacement parts are available for all models, and our on-site service technicians will repair any Moccamaster for the life of the brewer. Independent hotplate: The selector switch adjusts the hotplate temperature within the range of 175°F - 185°F depending on how much you brew. The brewer’s power switch and hotplate automatically shut off after 100 minutes.

I love love love this coffee maker. I was so tired of buying cheaper makers only to either have them give out in a short period of time and/or make terrible coffee. This make is easy to use, quick to brew and makes an excellent coffee. I use espresso beans and I love the deep rich taste.

I have never been able to make good coffee. My husband always made the coffee, despite not drinking it himself. And it was always good. After he died I experimented with various coffee makers but I was not successful. My coffee was always “hit or miss”, never good. Until I found this coffee maker and now I cannot make a bad cup! Totally reliable, efficient and good tasting coffee.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I got this as an anniversary present for my husband and he couldn't be happier! I had my first cup of coffee this morning from it and it was actually divine. My husband explained that they way they do something with the water and the coffee makes it so good. Anyways, I highly recommend it!

The selector switch on the KBGV Select allows you to choose between brewing a half or full carafe. The brewing speed and hotplate temperature adjust according to your choice; brewing either amount adheres to the Golden Cup Standard. The brew basket automatically stops the flow of coffee when removing the carafe. All glass carafe brewers feature a hotplate with an independent heating element that holds your coffee at the perfect temperature.
