I recently picked up the Miyabi Artisan 6000MCT 6.5-inch Bunka, and it has completely blown me away. The hand feel and balance are top-tier, t feels like an extension of your hand from the moment you pick it up. The SG2 powder steel edge is unbelievably sharp right out of the box, making precision cuts through meat and vegetables completely effortless. The craftsmanship, fit, and finish on the handle and hammered blade are gorgeous. If you are on the fence about investing in a high-end Japanese knife, this Bunka is worth every single penny. Highly recommend!
