Good quality knife, very well balanced. Feels very comfortable in the hand. I really like the handle shape. Is effortless to use. Highly recommend investing into a good knife like this, makes prepping food so much easier

This is my second Miyabi knife, and I love it as much as the first one. Holds edge really well, and very comfortable in my hand.

This knike cuts so easily, also very comfortable to hold while cutting. I’m just a home cook and I dont think of myself as having the best knife skills but I do find it much easier to make lots of different cuts with this knife because it is so much better than my amazon knives. I received this knife as part of my wedding registry from a local cooking goods store so im also happy that I could get such a nice gift while also supporting a local store!
